The girls had so much fun taking this marshmallow monster project recommended by Kim Kardashian to the next level by making smores… just to see if their little monsters were delicious and edible. The monsters passed the test!
The DIY was so easy and fun; it included 4 simple steps with minimal adult supervisikn for baking.. you need to watch, subscribe and try this for your next party or camping trip!
Today I thought I’d share some fun pics that include a bump date and how much the girls are excited to be becoming big sisters…as well as how humbly blessed I am to be on this journey in life.
When Twindollicious started it all came to me at a time where I knew there was a fun message to share with many people about twins. I wanted to share our personal experience as well as some fun facts that most twins experience in their lives. I knew that there was a message to share but didn’t expect to be helping families; sibling bonds and others on the path to creating stories or businesses of their own. As a business; I can say Twindollicious has developed from fun. Whether we are enjoying collaborations with others or feeling creative… It’s all wrapped up into one lifestyle.
Now almost 3 years later a life changing experience has come along with all of these opportunities. We’re adding a little boy to meet the world of Twindollicious and couldn’t be more anxious and excited!
As I enter the last trimester of pregnancy our calendar fills with meetings and deadlines that needed to be fulfilled…. And heck I’ll humbly do so. Because prior to having a voice to share stories on sibling bonding, confidence, writing, and the life of an independent mom-preneur there was a question of ….”ok I love children, they like me , I love to help people; now how can I add my life skills and knowledge of behaviors to allow everyone to share their story”.
We will be sharing talks at domestic violence seminar, attending a woman’s entrepreneur conference and sharing some goodies at a vintage gallery within the next couple of weeks and can’t wait to share details with everyone.

Do you know that feeling you get when you’re excited to see that person that you love so much…. Well I feel it everyday for my girls when I am away working and they’re at school. I’m excited to hear how their day was and share any exciting things we will be doing together… It just never gets old.
As we all gather together to celebrate Mother’s Day with our Mom’s, guardians or as a mom we embrace the pampering others will bring to us. But this year I’ve experienced a personal inner Mother’s Day celebration starting days before, and I’d like to list these 3 simple things that may bring you to a spiritually happy place leading up to Mother’s Day!
1- plan a day for yourself to talk and mingle with other moms to celebrate the gift that you’ve been given while calling yourself a super HERO! Yes you are!! This years Diva mom event hosted by Lyss https://www.divamoms.com/ lead a panelists of wonderful women including Kelly Rutherford who shared her emotional story and needs help from every mom to bring her babies home! Her petition can be found here – (http://www.twitter.com/twindollicious
Meeting new mom friends and sharing stories, is all the reward that you can give yourself. My favorite part of this day was meeting fellow twin mama Sasha Of US Weekly and sharing stories.
2- plan a day to help another mom (as mentioned above) reflect on gifting a mom a day of pampering. We hosted an awesome giveaway on Instagram and loved every second of it… Wish we could have given to everyone 🙂
3- when Mother’s Day arrives take as many photos as you can with your babies and enjoy the rewards of being a mom; because you are Blessed!
It feels like I have not visited the blog in months, but I guess thats what time does to you when you’re taking up more than 24 hours in the day. Which happens quite often here at the Twindollicious headquarters. This week we will try to appreciate the 24 hours in the day by resting more and counting our blessings on the fantastic 10 days prior. We will do this by posting things we are Thankful For one day at a time until “Thanksgiving” Thursday! I experienced an empowering moment while attending the star showers event last week; hosted by The Moms to honor Daphney Oz. The White Ribbon Alliance founders were there to enlighten us on birth and pregnancy in other countries. Most countries do not have medical facilities to ensure a healthy, clean birth. Most of the time women are not healthy enough to make it through birth or a termed pregnancy. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to donate, hear other birthing stories and remember my personal 24 weeks of bed rest pregnancy. Feeling thankful takes moments like these and seconds of reflection. Todays thanks go to my two girls who have organically made me a stronger person to fulfill a dream I’ve always had as a child. It must be true when said that having children brings out the inner child in yourself.
Who knew that a war over makeups…as my two year old girls call it, starts at this age.? Well, these two spend time during the day playing with their toy pocket books, mirrors and makeups and that is wonderful and adorable to me. But today they happened to stumble upon daddy’s (non the less) bumblebee Chapstick and it all began. From my moment of making dinner in the quiet, peaceful lonesome kitchen entered a loud screech, bang and mooooommmy! I enter the dining room to see hair pulling, bags flying and two babies on the floor. I couldn’t help but laugh. Is that wrong of me? It was a moment I have never experienced in my life personally because I didnt grow up with a sister. I guess I was living vicariously through them for a moment as most parents do. As I intervened,I myself tripped over the dining room table and That was when reality set in. This may be just the beginning. What is going to happen in 15 years when someone is wearing someone else’s Bobbi brown lip gloss? That’s when I put them together, took the Chapstick away and said “hug!” I think this will be my remedy for as long as it works because it did. I’m pretty sure that mom’s of older children, experienced moms and sisters have stories to share. I Love my Twindollicious babies.
