Where should we place our first medals

It has officially been a year since V & K asked to join gymnastics and hard work has paid off. These two dolls worked hard to learn all about what gymnastics has to offer up until the last day of meets.  We are now at the point where a decision is needed to be made on whether they will join pre teams. We’d love to hear your thoughts?

They are 6 going on 7 and have been told numerous times that they have potential and the talent is clear.  Though the girls do show differences in strength they truly enjoy tune with their friends and the cheering and support they receive and give to each other.

At their first meet they earned beautiful medals! They are so proud of hemselves and each other.  As soon as we arrived home I thought it would be great to hang these beautiful things ; but where? We used Velcro Brand adhesives ( which we picked up at our local Michaels store).

The small sized Velcro square fit perfectly on the band of the medal.  We simply found the perfect spot on the wall and hung them with pride… can’t wait for them to add more medals to their walls

Labor of Love

It has been a perfect start to this labor day weekend. Twindollicious ‘s labor of love was featured on Tory Johnson’s Secret Sales on NY’s channel 7 WABC. The feature showcased the “Best Friend Set” ,by Twindollicious; which includes a copy of the book, hair bow, a striped tulip style tutu dress and 1 other dress for a best friend… Using code channel 7 cuts the price of this set in 1/2. This feature has allowed for everyone to express their ideas about Twindollicious and what it stands for. The overwhelming response of love has been great! Everyone loves their Best Friend and by sharing a story and sending a gift, just adds icing on the cake!

Great life stories with a better ending

Is it better to stay quite when someone is being harassed and discredited, place your energy into greater things to rise above or should you place your energy in the fire and burn with the negativity? As all of the great ones say hard work equals success and that is the method that I will follow to teach my girls the right things in life.

Can nurturing a product equal success

The precisely Twindollicious book has been in the works for some months now and is finally coming to a close. After taking the time to think the project through and plan a strategy that may help with marketing and spreading the word…I Believe, that I have now nurtured a project and hope that it will bring success and empowerment to wonderful twins all over. Can it be true that if you take care of something so well you shall see the fruits of your labor. Isn’t that what they all say? We shall see. I would like to share the beginning stages of art work from the designer; which is the logo.

Aim to raise successful and happy children

With our busy week of my husbands business launch party behind us I begin to reflect. I have a vision in my head; while looking out from the stage of many people that I didn’t know. Here I was trying to get my dolled up 20 month old daughters through the night to support their dad and almost forgot why we were there, until I looked out in the crowd. There were so many successful people that I would consider to be strangers to me and my children. Some of them were asking to hold a child, some expressed that they’ve never had children and most of them were so welcoming to invite us to their homes and freely offering new opportunities. When reflecting back I think of all of the people I would love for my children to be influenced by..to spend time with, to learn from …with me first on the list of
course. I say this because nurturing good children and showing them the basics of treating people the way you want to be treated creates wonderful, considerate, successful people. When understanding people you understand the world. Though I have twins I praise individual successes and only love the same. Praying that they will become happy and successful young ladies one day.
